How do I place an order?

Create an account, copy the link of the product you want from 1688, Taobao, Alibaba or another Chinese platform, and submit it. We will confirm availability and price, and you complete payment to start the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package is dispatched, we provide a tracking number that you can check on the carrier's website.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?
